Yoga sessions are led by Ashlynn: a yoga student and teacher, and co-maker of Nandi Shala.
Her guidance is grounded in the Himalayan tradition of Hatha yoga, supportive while gently engaging, and interwoven with compassionate reminders of nourishment.
Our yoga practices are approachable for new and seasoned yogis alike.
All are welcome, please come as you are!
Pillows and blankets are provided for your comfort;
please bring a mat (we have a few mats if ya need to borrow one!)
